For your question, algerians units did'nt participate "officialy" in conflict between morocco and polisario during 1985 Polisario got some Kubs and it's probably those ones wich shoot down the mirage. But some rumours indicates that few RMAF planes fly toward algerians borders in order to attack polisario units Possibly implicating algerians Sa-8 units but we don't have any confirmation about that..... and perhaps we will never know more about that
