I don't think we should make a lot of fuss about this. I mean, if people really want to learn more about their country's armed forces, then they can do all their research on their own. Moreover this might ultimately prove an useful experience for them. I must admit it is always pleasant to see your army marching under triumphal arches, but I don't think it's very useful. The algerian forces should spend their money on their equipment rather than try to show it. Another case would be that a parade might strengthen the patriotism of the people, but I think it's too simplistic an argument. Patriotism must be a constant feeling no just something swelling once a year, and the army must not be the only source of patriotism.
I know for example that in France, military parades are widely regarded as a waste of money, and one might find those demonstrations useless.
So, I don't say it is a bad idea, but I don't find this issue very important, or at least, like I said, there are more important things to do. Nevertheless, you'll know sooner than you think that I sometimes say craps, and this might prove more important than I said.

| The country need more stability to encouarge investors to come invest and also the image of algeria should change to allowed to the tausend of tourists to visit our beautifull country like in the past. |
I'm pretty much in agreement with you on this. I'd go even further : I think economic development, foreign investment and all that darned stuff are the key to deal with Algeria's problem. People often say "peace means prosperity", but maybe prosperity itself can lead to peace, as it will satisfy the population, which will then agree a stronger commitment to the national cause. Like I always say, economic might and prosperity allow every single individual to fulfil its destiny. And the same goes for nations.
